In his memory, The Titan Team is dedicated to extending that warmth to everyone, ensuring all individuals find the home of their dreams. We go beyond real estate, making it our mission to increase homeownership in minority communities. For us, it’s an everyday commitment to create inclusive opportunities.

Our team operates in the State College, Pennsylvania region, including areas around Penn State University, and in the areas in and around Charlottesville, Waynesboro, and Staunton, Virginia, home to The University of Virginia. As a full-service real estate team under Keller Williams, we specialize in first-time homebuyer programs, investment properties, and client relocation.

My name is Benjamin Reeves, and I’m both a Realtor and the CEO of The Titan Team, proudly serving homebuyers and sellers in the State College, Pennsylvania region and Charlottesville, Virginia region.
Raised in Charlottesville, I have deep roots in the community and a long-standing commitment to service. I’ve served on the Board of Directors for the Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS® (CAAR) and as a founding member of CAAR’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee, where I continue to serve as a dedicated member. DEI work is a cornerstone of my mission in real estate, and I’m actively involved in promoting inclusive homeownership in both State College and Charlottesville.
Expanding access to homeownership—especially for minority, first responder, and LGBTQ+ communities—is a founding principle of The Titan Team. We’re proud sponsors of State College Pride and show up year after year in support of visibility, equity, and love.
Before my career in real estate, I spent 13 years with the Albemarle County Police Department, rising to the rank of First Sergeant. During that time, I learned the true value of community, service, and integrity—principles that guide my real estate practice today. Whether it’s understanding local development trends, zoning plans, or market shifts, I bring a strategic, informed perspective for every client’s needs.
As a Realtor, my passion is helping people through all stages of life—from first-time homebuyers to families looking for more space, to down-sizers seeking simplicity. My goal is to make the process clear, empowering, and stress-free—especially for clients who may not always feel represented or included in traditional real estate spaces.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with my husband and our four legged kids. We love exploring the vibrant food scenes, cultural events, and beautiful landscapes that both State College and Charlottesville have to offer.

Hi, I’m Laura Proffitt — born and raised right here in the Charlottesville region. After serving as a police officer with the Albemarle County Police Department for over 18 years, I took my passion for serving others and transitioned into a career in real estate. I hold an associate’s degree in Administration of Justice from Piedmont Virginia Community College and a bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Liberty University.
As both a licensed Virginia Realtor and Head of Operations for The Titan Team, I wear a lot of hats — and I love every one of them. I bring my background in public service, negotiation, and community commitment to each real estate transaction, always focused on delivering exceptional service with integrity and heart.
I’m also a proud single mom to a beautiful daughter, as well as a house full of furry companions — several cats and a dog who keep life full of love and a little bit of chaos! I’m especially passionate about the DEI mission of The Titan Team and am committed to helping create a more inclusive and empowering real estate experience for everyone we serve.
